CURRENCY All prices are in Canadian funds. TAXES Canadian Orders - Ontario Residents are subject to 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on items that are not exempt. All Canadian Residents are subject to pay 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). International Orders - No GST or PST will be charged on items that are purchased AND delivered outside of Canada. However, if the items are delivered in Ontario, both PST and GST apply. Items delivered to any other Canadian Provinces or Territories are subject to pay GST. PAYMENT OPTION Payment must be made in-full prior to shipment of order. Credit Cards - We accept VISA and MasterCard via our website. SHIPPING POLICY Gretchen & Co. is pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $150. All orders are shipped via UPS standard service (3-5 days). Rates are determined by value and destination of order. Gretchen & Co. ships within Canada, USA, Europe and UK. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes; please provide a valid street address for delivery.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping of orders is pending credit card authorization and verification.

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or national/federal/bank holidays.

DUTIES AND TAXES Canadian customers will have 5% GST added to their order. Ontario customers will have 8% PST added to their order. Customers from other provinces are responsible for their own local sales taxes, if applicable. Customers outside of Canada will not have GST added to their order. However, they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.
