RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt for refund, exchange or store credit, less original shipping and handling charges. Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached. All sale items and underwear sales are final sale. Return shipping costs (and brokerage fees if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Gretchen & Co. will not accept any COD packages.

All orders requiring a return or exchange need prior approval by Gretchen & Co. Please email us with your reason for return/exchange and we will issue a return authorization number.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Gretchen & Co. has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.

In order to process an exchange/return we require the following information:

Order number Customer’s Name Customer’s Mailing Address Item number and description Reason for return/exchange Return authorization number

When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as quickly as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
